 Project Summary
Bender Insurance Agency ranks as one of the top 10 privately-held insurance agencies in the New York metropolitan area. Bender provides a comprehensive range of insurance products and financial services to corportations, professionals and individuals and represents a variety of the world's most-respected insurance carriers.
The objective was to provide Bender Insurance with a system to allow clients (the insured) and Bender internal staff to administer and process Acord™ Certificate of Liability forms ("proof of insurance") quickly and efficiently.
TNP was selected to develop a secured, web-based solution where clients are able to logon and submit a Certificate of Liability request to Bender Insurance. Upon submission the request data is captured and "merged" with the client's Certificate of Liability Insurance already on file with Bender. The system then generates a completed Certificate which Bender can now easily send to the original requestor ("holder") on behalf of the client.
Sophisticated searches and logging were incorporated for Bender staff to quickly access and report on Certificate activity.
